New Physician Expands Access to Urological Care

Paige Hamilton, MD, has joined Central Carolina Urology and is seeing urology patients in Sanford as of Feb. 20. She joins the practice of Kevin Khoudary, MD, at 1139 Carthage Street in the Medical Arts Center adjacent to CCH.
“We welcome Dr. Hamilton to Central Carolina Hospital and to Sanford,” said Dave Santoemma, CEO of CCH. “Her presence here helps expand access to urological care for residents of Sanford and Lee County.”
A native of Houston, Texas, Dr. Hamilton received her bachelor of science degree in biology from Salem College in Winston-Salem. She earned her medical degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland, OH. She completed her residency in urology and her internship in general surgery at the University of Connecticut in Farmington, CT.
A provider with Associated Urologists of North Carolina (AUNC), Dr. Hamilton will be seeing patients in Sanford on Thursdays. She specializes in robotic laparoscopic surgery, as well as cystoscopy and laser lithotripsy. Dr. Hamilton treats a wide range of both benign and oncological urologic conditions. She will be seeing adult patients of all ages.
Dr. Hamilton takes pride in her ability to treat urologic conditions with the best surgical techniques and the most current urologic research. Outside work, she enjoys travel, figure skating, local sports and spending time with friends and family.
