Food and Nutrition Services
Dietary Services
All of your meals are prepared by our Food and Nutrition Services Department according to the dietary instructions given to us by your physician. Some patients have allergies or intolerance to certain foods, as well as specific likes and dislikes. If these have not been identified on your order, please notify Food and Nutrition Services at extension 2181 or notify the food services representative who delivers your trays. Department staff is available to answer the phone between the hours of 6 am to 7 pm.
Nutrition Counseling
Registered Dietitians are on staff to provide nutritional education regarding therapeutic diets and nutrition assessments for patients. If indicated, your nurse or physician can order these for you.
Cafeteria
Your family member and friends are welcome to use our cafeteria, located on the first floor of the hospital. A variety of food is available at a reasonable cost. Service hours at the cafeteria are as follows:
Breakfast:
6:30 am to 9 am, Monday-Friday
7 am to 9 am, Saturday and Sunday
Lunch:
11:00am to 1:30 pm, Monday-Friday
11:00am to 3:30pm, Saturday and Sunday
The Grill is open for individual orders Monday - Friday 11:00am-6:30pm: Saturday &Sunday 11:00am-3:00pm
Dinner:
4:30 pm to 6:30 pm, Monday-Friday

Guest Trays
Guest trays are available to purchase at a nominal charge for patient visitors who are unable to go to the cafeteria during scheduled patient meal times. To purchase a guest tray, please see the Cafeteria cashier at least 30 minutes before the patient meal time. Please note that guest trays cannot be charged to the hospital bill.
Vending
Vending machines that include a variety of snacks and beverages are located on the first floor in the outpatient waiting area and near the Emergency Department, 2nd floor in the OB waiting area and 3rd floor in the ICU waiting area.
